Kerstin, a partner at LŪM Studio, is an integral part of the team and we are fully aware we would not function without her. She brings a knack for holistic strategy and a client centered approach. She’s an incredibly organized, out of the box thinker who guides our team in creative thinking. Those wheels are always turning, and she is constantly bringing new, thought provoking ideas to the table. Although she probably would not admit it, Kerstin is an incredible writer. She can take a two sentence, mundane writeup and turn it into a story that sucks the reader in. But, even more importantly… Kerstin hails from the great state of Iowa. Although born in Southern California, her early years and college days were spent in the Hawkeye State. She’s a proud graduate of Iowa State, not to be confused with the University of Iowa. She can spot a Cardinal from a state away! Her hometown of Le Mars is the Blue Bunny Ice Cream capitol of the world, the place where Kerstin’s selling roots began! Kerstin has never met a stranger. Her passion and love for truly getting to know someone is one of our most favorite qualities about her. She remembers your face, your name, your kids’ names, your family and anything else you’ve shared with her. You’re lucky if you’ve gotten to spend even a few moments with her as we guaranteed she’s shared a smile and focused on you, no matter how short or long the time spent with her was. Her fun personality and caring heart mean that you are sure to always remember her and each interaction you have with her forever! We often wonder how Kerstin manages it all. Aside from her dedication to managing the operations at LŪM, she’s a devoted wife to Sean of 10+ years, and mother of two energetic, sweet boys, Nevin and Neils. She enjoys quality time with her extended family and friends. In her free time, you’ll find her out on the water, soaking up the Wyoming sun from the newest addition to the family, a boat – name TBD! If you’re interested in learning more about LŪM, Blue Bunny Ice Cream or anything related to becoming your own boat captain, reach out to Kerstin. Best decision you’ll ever make! --- #### Tag: [Team](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/team) [marketing agency](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/marketing-agency) #### Share: - [Follow us on Facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-kerstin-ellis) - [Follow us on Twitter](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-kerstin-ellis&text=Team%20Showcase:%20Kerstin%20Ellis) - [Follow us on Linkedin](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-kerstin-ellis) - [Follow us on Pinterest](http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-kerstin-ellis&text=Team%20Showcase:%20Kerstin%20Ellisdescription=There%20is%20so%20much%20about%20Kerstin%20Ellis%20we’d%20love%20to%20share%20with%20you,%20but%20simply%20not%20enough%20time%20nor%20space!%20Kerstin,%20a%20partner%20at%20LŪM%20Studio,%20is%20an%20integral%20part[...]&media=https://f.hubspotusercontent40.net/hubfs/4448294/blog%20banner%20kerstin%20%282%29.png) --- #### [Know Your Goals When Hiring A Marketing Agency Previous Post](https://blog.lumstudio.com/know-your-goals-when-hiring-a-marketing-agency) #### [Team Showcase: Jessi Sawdon Next Post](https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-jessi-sawdon) ### Leave a Reply --- ## Related Posts [Strategy](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/strategy), [marketing agency](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/marketing-agency) [Ashley Hughes](https://blog.lumstudio.com/author/ashley-hughes) 12 May, 2026 #### [The Human Connection Matters in Marketing](https://blog.lumstudio.com/human-connection-matters-in-marketing) Spotlight (TLDR): The best marketing agencies will use AI as a tool, but put forth human-led… [Read More](https://blog.lumstudio.com/human-connection-matters-in-marketing) [Team](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/team), [marketing agency](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/marketing-agency) [Jessi Sawdon](https://blog.lumstudio.com/author/jessi-sawdon) 01 May, 2026 #### [Team Showcase: Marissa Brammer](https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-marissa-brammer) Marissa Brammer: Coordinating Work and Life Effortlessly [Read More](https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-marissa-brammer) [Team](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/team), [marketing agency](https://blog.lumstudio.com/tag/marketing-agency) [Jessi Sawdon](https://blog.lumstudio.com/author/jessi-sawdon) 01 May, 2026 #### [Team Showcase: Julie Schmitt](https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-julie-schmitt) As a recent addition to our LŪM Team, Account Coordinator, Julie Schmitt jumped in and started… [Read More](https://blog.lumstudio.com/team-showcase-julie-schmitt) ## Ready to Get Started? ## Let’s Talk.
